Saturday, April 5, 2025, 5-8pm, Art from the Heart celebrates its 41st-anniversary benefit auction and party at the University Art Gallery, at Sonoma State University!  Proceeds from the auction directly benefit the Art Gallery's exhibition, publication, and lecture programs—programs that educate and inspire our campus and surrounding community.

As always, Art from the Heart is an exciting evening of art, food, wine, and music that has become one of the oldest continually-held fundraising events in the area and a must for novice and seasoned collectors alike. With warmer weather, we are thrilled to expand into our courtyard, offering more space to explore the artwork, mingle with old friends, make new ones, and even dance to the dynamic sounds of a vinyl set expertly spun by DJ Gabe Dez of Rain Dog Records. Make sure to capture the fun memories of the evening in the photo booth hosted by Luxelens.

The auction features modestly priced works of art that are sold during a silent auction. This year, we will once again feature works by current SSU students. It’s a wonderful way to have a great time, support the Gallery (and in turn, the careers of emerging artists), and go home with an original work of art.

ADMISSION

$40 suggestion donation; Student discount $20 per ticket (with valid school ID); no one turned away due to lack of funds.

Pre-sale tickets available beginning 3/14, through 3/28. Prices (before Mar. 28): $30 for two or more or $35 per single ticket.
