Juliana works with The Botanical Bus as a Promotora de Salud. Botanical Bus is a bilingual mobile herb clinic that empowers holistic health by and for Latine and Indigenous people. Juliana’s interest in medicinal plants originates with her grandfather, with whom she lived for 21 years in Oaxaca, Mexico.
